A GP in the Grampian NHS Board Area - complaint was from a woman (Mrs C) who claimed that her late husband (Mr C)'s general practitioner (GP) was responsible for his death because of his incorrect diagnosis and inadequate standard of care at several telephone and face-to-face consultations between December 2003 and February 2004.
