A GP Practice in the Forth Valley NHS Board Area - complaint was from a man (referred to in this report as Mr C) about the decisions of two GPs in a GP practice (the Practice) to prescribe the drug diclofenac for his late aunt, Miss C, and then to give it on repeat prescription.
