We are currently reviewing our Customer Service Standards, aiming to improve the way we serve the public. The standards are being updated to better reflect the needs of customers and enhance our performance monitoring.
A draft of the revised Customer Service Standards is now available for public consultation, and we are inviting feedback to help ensure the final version truly meets the needs of our users.
We encourage all stakeholders to share their views on the proposed changes. Your input will play a vital role in shaping service standards that work for everyone.
