Our new Support and Intervention Policy will come into place on 1 April 2019. This policy formalises the mechanisms we already use to offer support to organisations and take intervention when required. It will offer more clarity to public bodies regarding what to expect from us, how and when. Festive closure
We will close at 5pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and reopen at 9am Friday 3 January 2025. You can still submit complaints through our online form, but we won't respond until we reopen.
