The Independent National Whistleblowing Officer became a ‘prescribed person’ on 15 December 2022, as defined under the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014
The Employment Rights Act 1996 sets out requirements for all Prescribed Persons to publish a report of the disclosures brought to them each year.
